These cues deliver solid, consistent play with top-quality manufacturing.

With incredible playability and affordable pricing, Action cues, in general, have a growing fan base.

From the most popular, and arguably one of the best jump/break cues on the market (zebrawood pool cue), to quality jump/break cues for amateur and intermediate players (for example: the Rosewood Sneaky Pete and the Zebrawood break jump cue).

2.  Action Jump Break Cues – Rosewood Sneaky Pete

A Sneaky Pete cue is designed to look like a traditional, poorer-quality house cue instead of a custom one.

5.  Zebrawood Break Jump Cue

Action’s Zebrawood break/jump cue is made with a striking zebrawood butt which connects to a hard rock maple shaft.

I also highly recommend slippy brand sandpaper to maintain the shaft. It should be sanded as soon as you receive the cue – also shaped (tip comes smooth and doesn’t hold chalk well. Shaping will give it a bit of roughness which allows it to hold chalk better).

Notes from the manufacturer:

  • Tip and Ferrule: 13 mm Black Phenolic Tip and Ferrule Combination
  • Shaft: 29in hard rock maple, 10 – 12″ pro tape
  • brass insert
  • Joints: Wood to Wood with Quick Release Pin
  • Collar and Rings: None at the shaft, At Jump Break joint: Black composite with a set of silver rings
